Unlike the Stock Market spikes and crashes; commercial income producing assets tend to remain stable with little to no impact from the political and global pressures of economic instability.

Family fortunes were lost with each major crash of the stock market. History will repeat itself; it’s just a matter of when.
Panic is the main catalyst for the stock market collapse, commercial real estate is not subject to the same impacts of panic selling and hence does not see the huge swings of value. Since none of our assets are leveraged (have debt) we are positioned well to ride out any potential reductions of short term income while the majority if not all of our basis is well protected.
