Asset Management
Negotiable based on the NOI (Net Operating Income) of the investment and type of assets but typically 3.5%. This fee will be paid monthly during the term of the lease or ownership of investment.
Asset Acquisition
Typically the seller will pay a cooperative broker commission.
Due Diligence & Site Inspections
- You will be responsible for all travel costs (business class).
- $1,000 per day the if asset is not on the front range of Colorado. Typically site inspections can be completed in one day. $500 per day if it is on the front range of Colorado.
