What We Do
At NNN Portfolio, we specialize in finding great NNN Investment opportunities for our clients and finding people who would be great investment partners to help eliminate the large barrier to entry for commercial real estate. After our clients acquire the property, we manage it monthly, so our clients sit back and collect the money in their bank account with zero work each month. Owning commercial real estate isn’t for everyone; that is why we carefully vet each investor to ensure we protect our current client’s interests.
Little Bit of History
Since 1948, our family has been investing in commercial real estate nationwide. Our investing journey first started when our family owned Brookhart Lumber; we would buy the land that our lumber yards and the buildings would be on and then lease it back to the company. Then after we sold our company, we took that money and started investing in other properties around the US. Our portfolio initially started off as just family investments. Still, as it has grown, we have slowly let others invest with us to enable others to enjoy the benefits of owning commercial real estate as we have. Over the last four years, the number of investments we manage has almost doubled, and we are still continuing to grow as new opportunities arise!
